Fast Path®

Today patients can be empowered partners in their health care thanks to the Internet.  50 years ago doctors told patients what to do.  There were few handouts and information was hard for patients to get outside of the office.  Research and common sense demonstrate that a well informed patient does better than an uninformed patient.  Our practice has installed new technology to mine from the Internet an empowered patient / health care team.  Fast Path® is meant to be your fast path to health.

Fast Path® is a true step further.  You must be a patient who uses our portal.  Any patient may use our patient portal to interact with our practice, though we reserve the right to withdraw this privilege. You make your own appointment request online, have it confirmed by our staff and system, and then enter your reason for the visit and its details.  You may give specific questions or thoughts about your condition. You may address several issues with detail. We estimate that once at the visit, you will be seen in half the time of the non- Fast Path® patients. 

Yes, the doctor might get tied up with a really sick person or series of people, but you will be moved through the practice faster than non-fast path patients as you have our office much more prepared to deal with that day’s list of concerns.  We have the ability to leave things for you to reference online later.  You don't have to fear telephone tag, the way patients not using the system often experience.  You are truly our empowered partner in your care.
